1. The 2012 Towey Gathering will take place at Rochester, MN beginning Friday August 10, 2012 through Sunday August 12, 2012. For Gathering events, click 2012 Towey Gathering Activities. Early arrivals may wish to casually gather at Martini's Lounge, The Kahler Grand Hotel on Thursday evening, August 9, 2012.

The annual Irish Fair at Harriet Island, St Paul is held the same weekend, August 10, 11 and 12, 2012 in St Paul.

2. United States Entry Requirements :

• Passport:  For those traveling to the United States from abroad, passport Information may be obtained from your country Department of State or equivalent Government agency.

• Visa: All persons traveling to the United States from abroad should go to www.usembassy.gov for information on where to contact an American Embassy or Consulate and “how to apply” instructions.

• Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables nationals of 36 participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. See

• Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA): ESTA approval is required for all Visa Waiver Program (VWP) travel to the United States. ESTA applications may be completed online at the official Department of Homeland Security website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

* If on I-90 West, merge onto US 52 N at exit 218 toward Rochester. Merge onto US 63 N at exit 51. Turn left onto Center Street. Take 2nd left onto 2nd Ave SW and Kahler Hotel

* If on I-90 East, merge onto US 63 N at exit 209 B. Turn left onto Center Street. Take 2nd left onto 2nd Ave SW and Kahler Hotel
